Mechanics
Most people breathe with a clenched jaw, shoulders at the ears, no rib expansion. Step one is correcting the pattern at the muscular level. Without this, nothing above it sticks.

Physiology
Once the mechanics are clean, we train CO2 tolerance, hold-time, and HRV. The body learns to stay calm when the environment demands it can't. This is where the measurable shift happens.

State
The activated physiological state becomes the access point. Root patterns surface in the body and get closed in the body. Performance and partnerships stop feeling threatening. Capacity becomes identity.
