About
I condition the hardware. Not the mindset.
I built this work because the people I trained kept hitting the same wall. They had the discipline. The strategy. The mindset. And their nervous system was still running the show. So I went after the system itself. At the level it actually lives. The breath.

The lineage
01

Trained at Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece’s retreats.
They are mentors and the foundation of my performance breathing work. I took their course. I learned how breath, cold, and pressure rebuild a body that’s lost its capacity to handle anything. Their work is the soil my methodology grew in.
From there I built Breathe for Life. The Three-Layer Method (Mechanics, Physiology, State) is how I take what works in elite performance and make it teachable. Repeatable. Measurable. Yours.
“We condition the hardware. Not the mindset.”

In the room
The actual work happens in the body.
Sessions are quiet. Structured. Demanding. You learn what your nervous system actually does under pressure, then you train it to do something else. No woo. No scripts. Just the protocol, the breath, and the body remembering what it’s capable of.
Who I’ve worked with
02
Trained at Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece's retreats. They are mentors and the foundation of my performance breathing work. I've worked with members of the NHL, North American Special Forces operators, UFC fighters, triathletes, marathoners, ultra-runners, swimmers, and everyday men and women who want to perform without breaking.
Most clients are under NDA, so the names stay private. The patterns are public. The protocols are the same regardless of who walks in.
The four levers
03
Every protocol I run touches the same four physiological levers. Each is measurable. Each is trainable.

CO2 tolerance
The single biggest predictor of stress tolerance. Train this and almost everything downstream improves.
Heart Rate Variability
The window into autonomic balance. When HRV improves, recovery, sleep, and decision-making improve with it.
Ribcage mechanics
Lateral expansion, posterior expansion, real diaphragmatic pull. Most people have lost this. We rebuild it.
Vagal tone
The body's brake system. Trained vagal tone is what lets you stay grounded when life isn't.
